Super Service Automotive is wonderful to work with. Being able to send a quick text whenever I have an issue or need to schedule an appointment, makes things so easy. I also appreciate the periodic check-in texts, which show they genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide. Highly recommend!

All good as usual

Great experience at this shop. Needed battery tested (AAA didn’t show with a battery or tester). It was not holding a load and so they replaced with a new one. This is with no appointment and stranded miles from home! I think we will travel a bit to use SSA in the future. Also, shop was very clean and professional in every way including the gals behind the counter.

Had our Toyota at Super Service Automotive for 100,000 mile maintenance. These guys and gals did an excellent job as usual. They are very professional and they do quality work. They are a great dealer alternative.

I took my car for Air Conditioning Service. My Air Condenser was damaged in a minor Accident so I had it replaced. That particular Shop doesn't service Air Conditioning so I took it to Super Service Automotive, where they performed a Multi point vehicle inspection but didn't service my AC at all. They lied to me about performing a die check on my AC system. They charged me for an AC diagnostic & the diagnostic was false. I took my Vehicle to a different shop that is about 3 miles away. They found no Die, no Leaks & serviced my AC for a better price. My AC is now running Great! I will not take any of my Vehicles to SSA again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I feel like they tried to get over on an Older Guy & didn't service my AC because I didn't agree to any of their suggested repairs.

I had brought in my 2015 Chevy Silverado to get the AC condenser replaced and they did an excellent job! Now I’m ready to be cool 🥶 this summer. Great customer service! And excellent workmanship

Very courteous staff. Phoebe was great! Repairs done in a timely manner at a fair price. I just moved to Middletown. I will definitely be back when my cars need service.

I had a very pleasant experience at super service Automotive. I arrived at my appointment time and left 35 minutes later. The service writers were very pleasant and informative. I was directed to a Waiting area with recliners, a coffee urn, and bottled water. I was informed of the issue found And they offered a temporary fix to keep me mobile. Parts were ordered, and I am scheduled to return for installation. when they delivered my car to me It was running with AC on at a comfortable temperature. I plan to become a regular customer. Great timely service

2003 Cadillac DeVille with a chronic, dreaded P1416 code. Tried other shops, replaced parts myself, code kept coming back. SSA techs figured out it was the ECM causing erroneous codes to be thrown. Car passed inspection and runs great. Highly recommend SSA.

It has been a long time since we needed service on a vehicle and did not go to a dealership. Our experience with our daughters used Mini Cooper was to notch and we will be bringing all of our vehicles here in the future.

Went in for an oil change and unexpectedly needed my breaks replaced. They were helpful in giving me a clear timeline and pricing up front as well as working with me to get a loaner vehicle to use for the day. Great experience.

Been taking 3 cars for routine maintenance and some minor repairs for a couple of years and they have been great. Next up, my 2014 Mercedes SLK 350 needs a rear main seal replacement that I scheduled with SSA in 2 weeks. It's a big job requiring exhaust and transmission removal and I trust them completely to do the job right. I will leave a review after that job is done as well. Love the service advisors, their automotive knowledge and their communication with the techs! Update: The Mercedes is done and 200 miles and 2 weeks later it drives great. No more oil leak and a job well done. It took about 2 weeks to get it done but that's only because SSA needed to wait until they got the exact installation kit from their parts supplier to do the job right. No compromise, not willing to try a work around and hope it is right. That's what we all want! Thanks SSA!

Brooke and the rest of the group at Super Service were awesome. They took the time to explain to me what was happening, and went out of their way to further diagnose an issue that the car wasn't there originally for.

I had an oil change. They were prompt and great with keeping me in the loop as to when my car was done.

Great Experience

SSA does work on my various (20-40 yo) Mercedes. Other than myself, no one else except SSA touches them for alignments or jobs I’m no longer willing to do.

I am really impressed with SSAI: professional, fair, competent. Unlike a competitor who "had to charge me the price in the computer" and ended up double charging me for labor when related items were already removed, they told me they wouldn't charge for labor to replace my brakes since they already had to remove it tto fix my wheel assembly. They also found an oil leak that their competitor had missed. When I had questions about what "damaged" meant, they sent me detailed pictures. Phoebe on the phone was also very friendly and responsive. It was also cheaper as well. Their communications were wonderful and payment was easy. They even have a military discount!! I have nothing to say negative about them. I wish I had discovered them 10 years prior!
