SS always seems to do the right thing. Not only do they do a phenomenal job keep our cars running and it great shape, but if something goes sideways, they still take care of the customer! Today we went to drop the car off to be checked out and the customer service was top notch as always! I am pleased with the oil & filter change, air filter and wiper blades replacement. However, my tires were Over Inflated such that the TPMS detected the too High Tire Pressure while l was diving and generated an Alert on my Dashboard. I pulled into a parking lot, checked the tire pressure on all tires to find them 8 to 10 PSI over the recommended setting. I deflated the tires to a normal setting and manually reset the TPMS system. Upon returning home l called and shared my experience with your service personnel.
Hey Greg. We are really sorry to hear about your tire pressure light. Come Monday, we will be sure to have all of our digital tire pressure inflators calibrated. In the high temperature summer months, pressures in the tires will raise with expansion from the elevated heat. Great experience at this shop. Needed battery tested (AAA didn’t show with a battery or tester). It was not holding a load and so they replaced with a new one. This is with no appointment and stranded miles from home! I think we will travel a bit to use SSA in the future. Also, shop was very clean and professional in every way including the gals behind the counter.

I took my car for Air Conditioning Service. My Air Condenser was damaged in a minor Accident so I had it replaced. That particular Shop doesn't service Air Conditioning so I took it to Super Service Automotive, where they performed a Multi point vehicle inspection but didn't service my AC at all. They lied to me about performing a die check on my AC system. They charged me for an AC diagnostic & the diagnostic was false. I took my Vehicle to a different shop that is about 3 miles away. They found no Die, no Leaks & serviced my AC for a better price. My AC is now running Great! I will not take any of my Vehicles to SSA again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I feel like they tried to get over on an Older Guy & didn't service my AC because I didn't agree to any of their suggested repairs.
Hello Lou. We are sorry that you feel that way. Your vehicles AC evaporator, which is behind the dash, is leaking Freon and has ultraviolet dye all over. Legally being a certified MAC AC repair shop, we are not allowed to expel Freon into the atmosphere knowing that there is a leak present. This is the reasoning as to why we never charged you for the service, just the diagnostic charge, as it would have leaked right back out. We gave you a quote for the evaporator, which was declined. I had a very pleasant experience at super service Automotive. I arrived at my appointment time and left 35 minutes later. The service writers were very pleasant and informative. I was directed to a Waiting area with recliners, a coffee urn, and bottled water. I was informed of the issue found And they offered a temporary fix to keep me mobile. Parts were ordered, and I am scheduled to return for installation. when they delivered my car to me It was running with AC on at a comfortable temperature. I plan to become a regular customer.
